How to become a stockist
We offer flexible ordering to suit your business preferences.
Direct Orders (Recommended)
Email your order to us for our most competitive pricing. Direct orders enjoy complimentary shipping (FIS: $350 ex GST) and agent support. We also intend to set up our website for direct wholesale ordering in the future.
Request a price list using the contact form below, and enter your post code in the comments. We'll get in touch with an account form and information on placing your order.
Faire Marketplace

Please note that shipping costs on Faire are set to offset commission fees. As commission applies to individual customer accounts, if we are not charged commission on your order in Faire we will rectify your shipping cost to $0 (applies to customers who have ordered directly before placing an order on Faire).
For the best value and guaranteed free shipping, we recommend ordering directly unless advised otherwise.
Terms, FIS and minimums
After we process your first order, you will be set up with 30 day payment terms.
Orders above $500 (ex GST) are eligible for free shipping in all metro areas. In regional areas freight is fixed at $30 above this threshold. Orders below this value are subject to freight charged at cost.
We have no minimum order quantity.

Delivery and shipping
We ship within Australia and New Zealand, from our Sydney and Auckland warehouses.
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours.
Returns and support
If something arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know as soon as possible and we'll sort out the rest - whether that's a replacement, credit, or refund.
