Shipping policy

For orders within Australia, orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days through Australia Post. 

For orders within New Zealand, please refer to our New Zealand website: https://www.dayandage.co.nz/

Shipping Costs:

• Standard shipping: $10 AUD flat rate (Australia wide)
• Free shipping on orders over $100 AUD (Australia wide)

Delivery Timeframes (from dispatch):

• Metro Sydney: 2-3 business days
  Metro areas (Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth): 3-5 business days  
  Regional Australia: 5-10 business days
• Tracking
  All orders include tracking. You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships

 

Shipping Issues

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when ordering.

We cannot be held responsible for:

• Delays caused by Australia Post or courier services
• Incorrect delivery addresses
• Events beyond our control (weather, public holidays, etc.)
• Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact emily@grouphuginc.com.au within 48 hours for us to arrange a replacement or refund.

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, please contact us and we'll investigate with Australia Post.
